Basil Pesto Noodles
Love Italian? This dish gives a gluten-free twist to Nonna Sofia’s family recipe.
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Harvest Palm Fettuccine Noodles
- 3 tbsp. Basil Pesto
- 4 tbsp. Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
- 2 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
- Cut open a corner of the Fettuccine Noodles and squeeze out the liquid.
- Fan the noodles with a fork into a small bowl, add the pesto and diced tomatoes and mix well, top with the cheese.
