Basil Pesto Noodles

Love Italian? This dish gives a gluten-free twist to Nonna Sofia’s family recipe.

  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Harvest Palm Fettuccine Noodles
  • 3 tbsp. Basil Pesto
  • 4 tbsp. Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
  1. Cut open a corner of the Fettuccine Noodles and squeeze out the liquid.
  2. Fan the noodles with a fork into a small bowl, add the pesto and diced tomatoes and mix well, top with the cheese.
  3. Enjoy!
